James Storm welcomed us to his hometown of Nashville, Tennessee for this Pay per View. We saw the Cowboy loading his bags in to the back of his pickup truck as he made his way to the Municipal Auditorium for the event. We learnt that this match is no longer business and is now personal for Roode on Impact on Sunday 15th April and Storm said that the same is now true for him since Roode brought his family in to the feud. He said that the match between them here is the biggest match of their lives.

First we were shown a recap of the events which we have seen unfold over the past few weeks on Impact Wrestling. Highlights were Bobby Roode dragging Dixie Carter over the barrier and into the ring, Hulk Hogan affirming a match between Ken Anderson and Roode in which we saw Roode hit Anderson over the head with a beer bottle just as he did with James Storm and most recently the Bischoff team’s proposal.
The show began with Eric Bischoff walking down the ramp as the commentators discussed the rules of the aforementioned Lethal Lockdown match. We were reminded that the ODB and Eric Young wedding which we were all invited to will take place tonight. Bischoff has some business to sort out and said that his name will live on. Everybody in TNA seems to have ‘business’ to attend to these days. Bischoff went on the say that he has a team of the most “devastating talent”, before welcoming his chosen wrestlers into the arena.
On Sunday 8th April we learned that Hulk Hogan scrapped the match at Lockdown between Gunner and Garett Bischoff and proposed that Eric Bischoff and his son each set up a team which will battle it out in a Lethal Lockdown match at the Pay Per View in order to settle business.
